If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase on most items. You can return your product for store credit, exchange it for a product of equal value, or receive a refund to the original payment method.

For online or phone orders, refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for the purchase. Customized products include products that are configured, personalized, or inscribed; for example, engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching, carving, or printing. Customized products are non-refundable, but we will work with you to make sure you are satisfied with the final product. If there are any defects or issues with the product upon delivery, please contact us within 5 business days and we will do our best to resolve the problem. If the product is not as described or not what was requested, we will work with you to redesign the product or offer a credit towards a future purchase.
Please note that since custom orders are made to the customer's specific requirements and cannot be resold, we do not offer refunds for custom orders. A draft design is provided prior to the creation of a customized order. We recommend carefully reviewing the design and specifications of your custom order before placing it to ensure it meets your expectations.
E-gift cards are not returnable after purchase. E-gift cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible goods and services provided by Sister Magic, LLC. Your E-gift card Balance cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. E-gift cards cannot be reloaded; resold; or used for payment outside of www.sister-magic.company.site E-gift cards do not expire and have no additional fees. E-gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the e-gift card, the remaining balance must be paid with another form of payment. If the purchase amount is less than the value of the e-gift card, the remaining balance will be stored on the card for future use. Lost or stolen e-gift cards will not be replaced or refunded. E-gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be resold. E-gift cards can be easily purchased online and sent via email to the recipient. E-gift card codes can be used at checkout to redeem the value of the card.

The Strawberry Shortcake lip scrub smells like dessert. My favorite lip scrub ever! I don't now how they do it, but my skin feels amazing!
I love my Roasted Marshmallow sugar scrub! My legs feel so moisturized and smooth and the scent is perfect.
